The purpose of a helium escape valve, or helium release valve as it is sometimes called, is to ensure that professional divers have access to a timepiece that can withstand the changes in pressurization inherent in diving.
This small, one-way valve integrated into the watch’s external casing activates when the differential between the inner and outside pressure reaches a critical level to allow helium trapped inside the case to escape. Chances are that unless you are a serious professional diver you will never actually use this feature but it does make a cool talking point. It is also indicative of the extensive functional capabilities of this professional replica wristwatch.
Individually Waterproof tested
We ensure the highest level of quality control and test each watch individually. When buying a watch form us you can rest assured that your individual watch has been thoroughly tested prior to shipping. Part of this process involves pressure testing your watch to ensure all the rubber seal and assembly of your watch is waterproof to the desirable depth depending on the model.
We conduct a dry and water pressure test of 100m /330 feet to all watches and up to 300m /1000 feet on our dive watches.
